Our service

How we research casino resort reviews: source links and booking paths. Not bets, chips, or hotel inventory.

What we actually do

We maintain a short list of United Kingdom casino resorts: hotels that share a building or a leisure campus with a casino licensed in Great Britain. Each note in this casino resort review carries a physical address, a guest score with its platform, operator links, and a button that leaves this site.

That is the whole product. We do not take room inventory. We do not operate roulette. If you want a table, you deal with Genting, Grosvenor, or another licensed operator after you have proved you are 18 or over.

Our mission

Keep the map honest. Britain's casino resort set is small. Pretending every city has a strip wastes a reader's weekend. We would rather name five places with a postcode than twenty with a mood board.

Source stack for each listing

Hotel official site for the trading name, telephone, and bedroom address. Operator site (Genting Casinos, Grosvenor Casinos) for the casino brand. Gambling Commission premises pages for the licence. Booking.com or Tripadvisor for a guest score and review count. If those four disagree, we say so on the listing.

What this service does not include

We do not issue membership cards. We do not hold ring-fenced player funds. We do not promise table limits, dress codes, or tonight's poker start time. Those details belong on the casino's own page and can change on a manager's notice.

Age and identification at the door

UK casinos will ask for proof of age. Bring a passport or driving licence. Hotel check-in is a separate process. A room key is not a gaming membership.

How a typical enquiry is handled

Use Contacts if a postcode looks wrong or a hotel has been renamed. We read messages in office hours. We cannot modify a Booking.com reservation or a Genting membership from this domain. For those, call the numbers printed on the listing.

If you need help with gambling harm, skip the contact form and go straight to GambleAware or the National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133. Our Responsible Play page lists the same routes.
